It's been a lot of months, and I have 3 Haven castles, 1 Necropolis, and 1 Inferno. The Necropolis has a growth rate of about 3 per month, but the Inferno has no growth. I just took it. The Academies have a growth rate of 2 per week. I have 1 Titan and 163 Archmages in my army. Should I take an army from the Necropolis and go after the Phoenix, or should I build up my mage army?
