Since Darkello is very busy in other sections and can't find time to post, I'll write.
On 111 in the refuge there's a titan, 2 external dwellings of hydras, a Griffin Conservatory, plenty of gold, and some dwarves.
On 113 I found 3 Griffin Conservatories on the respawn, I captured a shield+3/3, picked up a Town Portal scroll, building a guild.
Took the hydra external dwellings on 114 and the third Conservatory with Grand Elves on 115, running to ГО, along the way I also capture a Cloak of Magic Resistance, Tazar with Offense, Earth Magic, and Tactics.
With the weaklings, I assembled Conservatories 2+1, a Dragon Fly Hive for 8 Wyverns, and Tazar in the center, I broke through ГО with Darkello, who gave me his artifacts.
At his respawn, I visit the library and well, then in the center Galhtran appears with mediocre stats and power.
On 122 I reach him, standing in the central dungeon.
