Are only the results up to the end of registration taken into account?
For example, the Diamond tournament is already in the finals of the VT bracket, and then there will be a grand final, but it may not be possible to participate before the end of registration.
Perhaps it would be worth reserving 1 quota for the winner, while everyone else plays through the qualifiers until the tournament is over.
