At the moment, it is impossible to foresee all possible combinations of results. Therefore, the final scheme will be devised based on the situation that develops in the groups by the end of the stage. The main importance will be the constant rating at the end of the Autumn 2013 season; in case of a tie, the seasonal rating of Autumn 2013 will be used.
Do I understand correctly that if the opponents have the same results, their fate will be decided by a draw or an additional game... and if there is a tie in it, then the rating will decide the outcome?
And what is better in this case, to be higher or lower in the rating? After all, a draw with a player who is higher in the rating is more valuable.
