Interesting game it turned out to be!
opponent surrendered on 114, having an excellent setup. I have an external dwelling of Wyverns and it's clear there's a native secondary. I decide at my own risk ) to give the opponent an auto without the right to win. There, Gosha has three Griffin Conservatories, 27 Grands. In the end we continued, and as it turned out, not for nothing.
On the first turn I took the external dwelling of Wyverns, broke through to the native secondary, and took the external dwelling of Minotaurs with Grindan and painted the native secondary. At home 123-56 in the Citadel, very little money
on the second turn I took the Dwarf Cottage, scouted a Nag Bank and a Griffin Conservatory.
With Wystan I break into the metro, there I reveal one Griffin Conservatory in the corner and another near the blue's secondary. On 127 I successfully kill the blue's scout hero with my scout hero, as a struggle for the Griffin Conservatory has already begun. In the secondary, I place Minotaurs and Wyverns in the Citadel.
on 131 I take that Griffin Conservatory with Wystan, the Griffin Conservatory is 2 stacks. Then I set up a chain to the native Griffin Conservatory and the Nag Bank, which Grindan takes (+ 3 Angels). Then Gosha with Ivor runs to me, and my scout hero takes another Griffin Conservatory in the corner, 2 stacks.
Meanwhile, Gosha positions himself in a zone reachable by 5 Angels. On my turn I calculate, I don't reach with Wystan and Grisha, but I reach with the scout hero, in the end I transfer the powerful scout hero (7 Angels, 18 Minotaurs, 13 Wyverns, 50+ Grand Lizards, a Snake). After which the surrender follows. In the secondary there remained unrecruited growth (growth of 8 Minotaurs, 6 Wyverns, etc.) but a lack of money plagued me the entire game.

That was the case, once again I was convinced that I don't know how to play the endgame and don't know how to camp on sm, I'm always drawn to feats of valor)

It started off awesomely: 3 Griffin Conservatories along the road, one mini, Galtran and a killer starting army. A bit off to the side you could see an Elf dwelling, meaning the Griffin Conservatories could be attempted to be scouted on the first turn. But alas, for some reason I decided the Dwarf Cottage was on 15 with a Grand stack, and it was actually on 30, in principle that Dwarf Cottage could have been taken, but the SURPRISE factor did its job, thanks to the opponent for the auto.

After that everything went generally well, but I saw a bit of a fly in the ointment: one secondary is blocked by Crushers behind a Dragon Fly Hive and a pile of Mercury, and the second is blocked by a doubled guard with Grand Medusas + Beholders (need to smash both), no gems, uniques don't spawn, but they aren't really needed anyway. On 121 turn purchase, I eat the Griffin Conservatories 1+1+2, then I break through to the dungeon secondary, there's another Griffin Conservatory there, but far away, I had to skip turns while I marched there. After taking it, I transferred the power to Ivorich, he didn't engage the Crushers very successfully, they cut down one Angel, max Dragon Fly Hives, I lost all the hard-earned Skeletons. I could see movement of reds around the strategically crucial lookout point. The power there at that moment wasn't the biggest: something like 9 Minotaurs, fifty Grand Lizards and 6 Wyverns, Wystan was mid-leveled, about the same as Galtran. By the way, Gosha didn't learn any magic at all: expert Necromancy, Armorer, Logistics, and Learning. I made a huge blunder with the chains, skipped another couple of turns, during which the opponent brought more power from the double and the external dwellings, ate 3 Conservatories for 7 Angels and easily dealt with my Galtran using a scout hero.

There was some hope for a local Treasury, but right at the entrance there was a pack of Red Dragons.
