HoMM3 HD is a mod (add-on) for the game Heroes of Might and Magic 3.

Question: I'm playing with PReDS TTD, but I don't see his timer, even though he has the latest version of the HD mod. What could be causing this? Also, the game sometimes lags strangely: it freezes for 2-3 seconds, and the timer still consumes time.
