Since racial skills (3) are recorded at the start, you can already get a Skill Artifact (SA) from this amount. Near the city, without going outside the gates - level 25 (mainly from the mentor). Taking the city gives level 29.

It is quite difficult to destroy these mummies - you have to build your troops strategically.
