Siberian Championship in Heroes of Might and Magic III.

I managed to do it on my first try: Castle: 32 spearmen, 2 archers, 2 griffins Rampart: 5 centaurs Tavern: 3 gargoyles (left 2 gargoyles and 2 golems in the town, they are not needed) Dungeon: 3 harpies, 18 troglodytes Swamp: 2 gnolls, 1 fly I don't know how to take Necropolis and Conflux, as I don't play with them, the losses are too big, so I won't publish it to avoid embarrassment.
