TOURNEY "Sea Battle" - rules and discussion

It would be really great if they came up with a "K-Efficiency" metric! For example, the ratio of points scored to the potentially possible points, taking into account the number of games played.

I was thinking about this, and I'll try to implement it. For example, the K-Efficiency for Moza is currently 75% (9 out of 12 maximum). Just for fun, we could calculate the K-Efficiency for all the pirates.
