Experience from past CIS championships shows that the actual number of participants becomes clear on the first or second day of the tournament. Therefore, it is better to choose a venue where you can arrange for as many beds as will actually be needed. Booking anything in advance carries the risk that there will either not be enough places or you will have to pay extra.
The players are very undisciplined... and the closer to the venue, the more undisciplined they become. Even of the 10 people shown on the first page, only 7-8 will actually show up.
I understand this and therefore will not assume that 88 people will come. In my estimation, there will be slightly more people than in Novosibirsk. There are no resort-style venues. A house is the optimal option in this situation.

I would like to raise the issue of map templates and time control (chess clock). My thoughts:
The main game version is Sod HD+ (the latest verified working version).
With mutual agreement, you can play on the specified templates and with the specified time control.
I propose a selection of 5 templates and time control:
1. 2sm4d(3) - 8+4+1 (maybe 10+6+1?)
2. M200 (a selection of 2cm2s, balance, skirmish) - 8+4+1
3. Diamond - 16+8+1
4. Jebus Cross - 16+8+1
5. 8mm6a - 16+8+1
What is your opinion?
