Winter Championship for Heroes 3 [Kyiv-2014]

I didn't quite like this option. There isn't much space, although on the other hand, 120 square meters of living space is more or less standard in most offers. The house is simple, without any frills. On the first floor, there's an entrance hall, a kitchen, and a living room with 2 sofas, tables, chairs, and a toilet. On the second floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds and a double sofa bed, totaling 9 sleeping places, plus there's room for folding beds and mattresses for another 4-5 people. There's also a toilet and a shower cabin on the second floor. That's basically it. Outside, there's a small plot with a barbecue and space for a couple of cars.
In terms of infrastructure: it's on the outskirts. 800 meters away (a 10-minute walk at a slow pace, 15 minutes in winter) there's a large supermarket (Novus, open until 11 PM) and 2 small hotels - a simple motel (from 250 UAH for a double room) - there's also a sauna there, and a more expensive hotel and restaurant (from 550 UAH). Overall, it's a fairly budget-friendly option without any frills. It's a possibility, but more as a backup option. On Monday, I'll go to see other options and will provide updates as I get more information.
