The weakest castle in Heroes of Might and Magic IV!
Among the Chaos blessings, there's also Bloodlust and Assassin. But again, most people only focus on combat spells. This is also incorrect. I'm for game diversity, so I'm for Order, as you correctly said – "Order magic is more interesting because of the combinations of tricks for enemies." And who will win against whom is a debatable question. Everything will depend on the skill level of the player. May Order prevail!
Chaos, with its rich set of spells, could also benefit from an energy drain ability. But I don't remember if there is one. Order has it. "Don't want to spend" is probably the second drawback of Chaos.
Chaos, on the other hand, has a magical flash that reduces the mana cost of spells by half, but I agree with you, Order is the best Castle, thanks to its adaptability to various magics; it can respond to the spells of all races: summon = banish, blessings/curses = removal/spell steal, protection from barbarians = mirage, hypnosis, blindness, mirror of pain, protection from Chaos = blinding the hero, and if possible, even hypnotizing him (although I don't remember if this is possible)
