IMO, this is a weak negative defense. Maybe it should affect all defense instead? Or 50%?

Also, how many negative defenses does the Mafia have? Two or three? Does the ultimate ability count as a separate negative defense?

I want to play as the Mafia. This is not a Paladin. This is true power.
