I was doing well, 20 elves from the start and 50 centaurs, everything was breakable + a secondary Castle, and my second hero from Castle ended up with 60 Pikemen

On the first week, birds spawned in the fort, on 116 I pulled Tazar level 1 from a prison, scouted a couple of Griffin Conservatories and Dragon Utopias. On the second week, I took 3 Griffin Conservatories, all minimal, a Hive on 6 Vivi and a Resurrection scroll. Home was Castle, no secret stashes. On 132 I built GM4 (got Berserker and Town Portal) and started taking Dragon Utopias with Resurrection. The first one gave a Tome of Air and the Blackshard of the Dead Knight, so it was easier afterwards. Then I took 5 more, for stats only got the Shield +4 to everything, in the last one on 142 I got КЗ and the Blue Keymold. By that time I already had 3 heroes with full control and 2 Dimension Doors, Tazar, Dace, and Grindan. On 143 I accidentally stumbled upon some of the opponent's troops, took 3 of his towns and killed several heroes, after which, due to his lack of control and my having it, the opponent surrendered.
