2. Dates - as I understand, it's during the New Year holidays. I'll probably go skiing abroad as usual... but I'm ready to help now.
3. Prices in Kyiv.
Beer - from 0.5 dollars per bottle. In a restaurant, it can be up to 4 dollars. It's not worth bringing cognac, vodka, wine, or beer, as there is a huge selection here and it's cheap.
Lunch - up to 6 dollars.
Accommodation - depends on what those who come choose. Cottages/bases - need to be checked, and if in Kyiv, then 30 dollars for an apartment:

I don't quite agree with the prices. IMHO:
Good beer is about 1 dollar (PBB), lunches from 6 dollars - in places like Puzata Khata (a good canteen), in pubs it's naturally more expensive (although set lunches will be about the same price). In general, prices are significantly lower than in Moscow, for example, and slightly lower than in Minsk, for example.

Apartments from 30 dollars - as a rule, this is a one-bedroom apartment far from the center + prices for accommodation increase by at least one and a half times during the New Year holidays. That is, in reality, apartments will cost 50-100 dollars for a two-bedroom apartment. But cottages/bases need to be checked, yes. I'll take care of that.
