DISCUSSIONS on “Rules for online games in HoMM3 and formulas for calculating player rating.”

Question regarding point 1.4: Restart at the player's request if the only path leads to the Guardian Outpost (for templates 2SM4d(3), Jebus cross, Balance, Nostalgia). It can be done on the day this fact is discovered, but no later than day 115. For Balance, there is almost always a path to the village in the starting zone. And if, accordingly, there are two paths from the starting city: one leading to a dead end at the village on the respawn point, and the other leading to the Guardian Outpost. Does this situation qualify as a restart under this rule? If so, I think it would be helpful to add this clarification to the rules (e.g., "only paths leading to other zones from the starting zone are considered," "...where the only path from the starting zone to other zones leads to the Guardian Outpost"). We played in a tournament, at night, and there were no judges, so there was a disagreement regarding this point.
