[HoMM V]9 Race - Swamp! Is it needed?

I would like to greet all users of this forum! Unfortunately, this is my first time here, and I can't figure out what's going on. I would like to ask the following questions: 1. Are this or similar projects (by similar projects, I mean projects aimed at creating additional game Factions) currently in active development (by active development, I mean the presence of a formed and more or less complete team [primarily coders; artists working on concept art, applying textures to existing models, or developing 3D models in full] involved in the development of a separate project for a long time)? 2. Are there any completed projects at the present time? 3. I have seen many (mostly Polish) versions of Factions of varying quality that replace one of the original Factions. What are the technical difficulties in adding a Faction without replacing one? Thank you in advance for your attention.
