Please name a system where players don't lose their chance to win after a "certain round." By the way, OFB was conducted using the Swiss system.

That's why I hold all my tournaments in a "double elimination with a floating bracket" format – there are more games than in an Olympic-style tournament, and all active participants retain their chances of winning.
