I almost got killed by GO: 10-19 reds with a grade stack, and 70 sultans; 12 grade wivs and 20 lizards remained — good thing the opponent didn't know that.
I caught the troops at the secondary and finished off Crag Hack with an Implosion of 2500k on the angels.

Confirmed. I played as if I had sat down to play Heroes for the first time. I made such idiotic mistakes that I just don't know... The opponent gave me 2 autosaves, for the same day, because I suddenly decided that a gold and single spearmen with Crag Hack 7:0 absolutely must take a single cons. When I couldn't take it the first time, I thought — no, they still must take it, the first time it just didn't work out... In short, I played like an idiot the whole game. I ruined an almost perfect setup.
