Currently, for portal violations, he can only receive some kind of penalty points. If, during all the arising problems, the AC decides to punish ColdRain in some way, then that will happen, but I don't quite understand why disqualification from the tournament is relevant at the moment. If any official accusations are made against him by the AC (like being put on a blacklist), then your request will be relevant.
