10/30/2013 ProtosArchon (Stronghold, Craig Hack, Craig Hack) def JustObserver (Conflux, Ciele, Ignissa) Spider, 1.4.7

Extremely hard start. On day 1, I already lost more than half my army because 3 shooter stacks were in my way to the adjacent area. Both wood and ore mines were blocked, and I had a hard time finding resources for building. Still, I didn't want to use any restart because Craig got armor on level 2, boots were in my area, and there were 2 PC players playing Stronghold. In week 1, I struggled fighting for resources with a weak army and managed to build only levels 1-5 with a citadel, but I had one nice group of 4 cons on the road, so there was hope for a nice game later.
In week 2, I bought all the army and started taking cons. I lost almost all my Stronghold army but got 8 angels in return. With them, I started to explore the map. I took both Stronghold PC's by the end of week 2, so there was no problem with the lost army. Week 3 started with looking for utopias in the t-areas, and I found one late in week 3. It was a great one, giving me HH, the earth book, and wings. I took it all in week 4 and got the red orb there. In the meantime, I managed to explore a nice part of the opponent's map, so I was able to see what he was doing. When he came 147 near one of my towns, I TP'd there and attacked him. Craig Hack had 46 attack with the red orb, 16 angels, and a triple Stronghold army, so it was an easy win. Thanks for the game.
