"King of the Hill"

I had 1 rest left. The spawn gave a very weak starting army (3 Air Elementals from 2 heroes and ~50 Pixies) and unbuilt Air Elementals, but apparently quite a lot of gold, 2 crypts + Dessa spawns in. By turn 112 I already have 8 heroes (1 from a prison), with Dessa I dive into the max crypt with 9 Air Elementals, 40 Pixies and 6 Archers, Bless helped a lot, only lost 2 Air Elementals. I run to the next zone and find a passage to the computer, at the same time the overview shows Boots of Speed for 50-99 Wyverns in the same zone, awesome. I push through to the computer, take it on turn 115, slowly head back to the Boots to take them with the Birds. So by turn 117: Birds in the fort, Boots taken, a Dragon Fly Hive revealed at the captured Barbarian computer, a Dragon Fly Hive in an adjacent zone (never took it), a Dragon Fly Hive at home, a Griffin Conservatory on a nearby grass respawn, and a Mace +5 with a scroll for 100+ Gnolls, Dessa has Expert Logistics and Earth Magic (her leveling afterwards was terrible: First Aid, Sorcery, Resistance).
On turn 121 I decided to attack those Gnolls and of course there were some fails, lost a Bird and 2 Psychos. I beat Dessa to double mana at the fountain near the Barbarian castle and then back to the Dragon Fly Hive and Griffin Conservatory. Dragon Fly Hive is level 6, Griffin Conservatory level 3. Didn't find anything else, left a scout here, sent Dessa back home to go to those 2 Dragon Fly Hives and 2 Griffin Conservatories revealed at the Barbarian respawn. Then I see an opponent scout coming out of an adjacent underground passage with a small army. (The underground passage was located across the mountains in another zone, but it was so close to the one in my zone that I was almost certain they connected underground; and so it was). Dessa was standing in the right spot at the time and managed to reach that scout. Killed all Grand Elves and 10 Fire Elementals, a surrender comes. I keep running, see a fleeing Kyrre leaving me a Griffin Conservatory (level 2) and a Flux castle computer one. Then began a long chase, I took the starting Rampart, was ready to take another Flux with built Birds + finally built a M4 with Town Portal at home, but then comes the forfeit: the army was smaller there anyway, and no more goodies were found.
