TOURNEY "Sea Battle" - rules and discussion

I strongly disagree with this approach to organizing the tournament; there is absolutely no balance in the groups after the "manual adjustments," in my opinion. My desire to participate has completely disappeared.

Forget it, we'll win against everyone anyway. But I agree that the first arrangement was better.

There's also an option where the team members, not the team captains, choose from a list of captains))) and if the team is larger than needed, then extra members can be eliminated.

In general, based on management practices, Kill should assign all the teams once and for all, and anyone who isn't happy with it shouldn't participate. Otherwise, we'll end up with what we have now.
