His army consists of 81 Archdevils, 120 Nightmares, 74 Cave Lords, 160 Succubi, about 700 Greater Demons, and 300 Hellhounds. When my turn comes, I only have monks recruited by the Succubi left.
Also, there are no worthwhile artifacts. I need to restart the game...
I spent a long time searching until I found rings of initiative and a dragon set in the cities of mages and shops, plus 1 Archangel per day. Dark magic + initiative work wonders.
