Dynasty weapons.

The effectiveness of some abilities of dynastic weapons largely depends on the base stats and learned skills of the hero using them. For example, I have an Inferno mage hero named Jeddite with the weapon "Will of Urgash," which grants the "Fire Storm" spell. Initially, its destructive power was 41. When Jeddite reached level five, it increased to 98. Studying the first two levels of the "Arcane Exaltation" skill raised it to 109. After taking both "Fire Magic" skills, it becomes 123. So, there will be more destroyers as the weapon's wielder levels up.
