TOURNEY "Sea Battle" - rules and discussion

Dear players and judges, enough with the hysteria. Let's get the tournament started properly. I propose the following: 1. We recognize the first draft as invalid due to the union's disregard. :) 2. Highly respected captains, appointed as the MAIN JUDGES, will conduct a second draft according to the players divided into tiers. Who drafts first, second, third, etc., can be determined randomly. (Respect to Moz, who repeatedly conducted random tournament draws live). 3. We take two bottles of champagne, break one against the side, and drink the other - and voilà, the tournament has begun. Fellow judges, please take the tournament's organization seriously, otherwise, we will never start. We've been waiting for the mod, and a huge thank you to the "unknown developers," but we can't even launch it because of utter nonsense.
