Hmm. But where is the draft, actually? ;)

The draft is one thing, but where are the captains? ;) And how will it be determined who drafts first and who drafts second? It seems that the captains should have been chosen not from the fathers, but from the most active players, and then divided into skill-based tiers. It would even be more interesting if the captains were not fathers, but players with average skill.
