TOURNEY "Sea Battle" - rules and discussion

I think everyone should play against everyone else, and the scoring should be based on the Theoretician system. There's no need for a round-robin format; we just need to determine the checkpoints. And is a four-week tournament duration really necessary? A week per round, as usual, would be sufficient!
