TOURNEY "Sea Battle" - rules and discussion

Basically, here are my thoughts:
1. It was stated that the mod would be ready in 10 days. Since the mod isn't ready, officially declare the latest version of 6.5.13 for the tournament.
2. Time was allocated for the draft. Those who didn't show up or didn't send their list will receive random players on their team. The captains remain the same.
3. If there isn't enough time, maybe assign an assistant judge. (The judges and special judges mentioned in the topic header are gone anyway). Occasionally monitor and give out penalties for judge misconduct. :)
4. It would be good to give the players the weekend off.
