TOURNEY "Sea Battle" - rules and discussion

What's the point of doing it if no one needs it, and no one will play it except us! We could organize a mini-tournament to activate it and play it faster.
I understand that everyone is waiting for this mod, and that's why the tournament on the league has been delayed.
