Necromancer – “Invasion” [Campaign 3, Mission 3]

You'll laugh, but I still can't beat this mission. I've started it about 20 times, and each time I try a different approach, but my Necromancer still gets killed. I try to leave my island by the second week. I can easily capture the first town, but then things start to go wrong. What order did you capture the towns in?
