And regarding the draft – I don't understand why the regular draft from the full list isn't suitable? It's the ideal option, and you can't come up with anything better! If someone doesn't like the supposed uniformity of the pairings, they can immediately exclude the standard races and play whoever they want, and those who want to can play with the standard selection. Yes, Necropolis and Dungeon are unlikely to appear then, but that's more of a balance issue.
