When launching Heroes 6 version 2.1 in uplay and clicking "play," the game freezes with a black screen at the very beginning. I use the Task Manager to end the "Heroes 6 - not responding" task. In the window asking to close the program or close and search for a problem online, I click "close and search for a problem online." A message appears: "uplay - thank you for playing Heroes... playtime: 2 minutes." I launch the game again in uplay by clicking "play," and the loading process starts normally, and I can play. However, sometimes it takes three or four attempts to launch the game, but I then exit the system because the game doesn't appear in the Task Manager.
