TOURNEY "Sea Battle" - rules and discussion

Killa has already outlined the offline draft format. Captains send the host a list of players ranked in order – the host then randomly assigns captains and drafts players according to the lists.

In other words: each captain ranks the participants based on their skill level according to their own judgment, sends the lists, and the captains are randomly assigned numbers from 1 to 4. Then, the players are distributed – one from the list of captain 1, the second from the list of captain 2, and so on until all players are assigned. Did I understand correctly?
So, all that remains is for the captains to send their lists to the host, and we'll have the teams!
