It was a so-so surrender; three restarts remained, I decided to break through the archers into the underground just in case. Broke through, there was a scroll behind the archers' lot, also broke through without fear (thought I'd take a restart) - and there was Town Portal. A secondary hero immediately opens an external dwelling of lizards there - I decide to play. Had a fast route to the computer, but decided not to rush, gather some money in the depths of the spawn and break through the passages. On day 115 I take the computer, reveal a Dragon Utopia and boots nearby for 40+ diamonds. On day 121 I take the boots, further path is blocked by a stack of Efreet Sultans. I run into a roadless treasure zone - there the lookout reveals a couple of Hives and a library. Saved on day 125, the opponent decided not to continue. Thanks for the game!
