What's needed from the team captains? The team strategist has determined the teams, and in my opinion, they are evenly matched. I would suggest starting and playing with a full random pairing in each match. In this case, there's no need to wait for the judges to determine the pairings for each round and play when everyone is ready.
Ideally, it would be great if the captains got together and held a player draft, like in the previous team tournament. Personally, I find this method of determining the team composition more interesting than simply using a random selection or having the teams determined by the Strategist, AVKSever, or Kila.
