The good thing about Medusas is that they have an infinite number of shots. When defending a castle, an infinite supply of arrows is the best thing that can happen. If only they had an infinite defense as well... :D :D :D

That's why Order and hypnosis work so well on Medusas, who shoot at Chaos. And you can also blind them, scare them, and so on. You can also place a Pain Mirror on a hero or someone else that black dragons will attack.
