TOURNEY "Sea Battle" - rules and discussion

Looks like Alex wrote correctly, but I don't know Johnny very well, so I think he should be replaced with Leolopus, and that would be good!
I suggest that the judges from the approved list randomly create teams themselves and start. Let's give 2-3 days for suggestions on team composition, then randomize and begin!
