Problem when playing through a router.

Hey everyone, can you help me out? I can’t connect using the HD mod. I have the latest version, and we tried connecting through Hamachi and TeamViewer. We also disabled the firewall. As a result, I can see the opponent’s game, but I can’t connect. Interestingly, in War of the Chosen, the connection works fine both through Hamachi and TeamViewer.
