I don't quite understand why you're so sure that the Dryad has been reworked.

The Gnomes are all still there (meaning they haven't been caught in a trap), and the Paladin with the Ranger didn't go for potions either. :D Sesama the Hunter was killed yesterday. His block is gone. Wolfstet the Chieftain (I hope it's the Chieftain) was hanged based on your clue. The Spirit, Queen, and Centaur are still there. There are 2 Orcs, an Archer, and a Dryad left. The Archer wasn't brewed (he was taking down Sky when the potion was being brewed). So, the potion was made from the Dryad and an Orc (then Tox is the last Orc killed - the checker), or from two Orcs (then Tox is the Dryad that was killed).
