What does the rating signify? What is its meaning? What practical tasks is this rating intended to solve?!
For example, I have a permanent rating of 1488, and a seasonal rating of 1502. And, for instance, the player marader-kisa has a permanent rating of 1476 and a seasonal rating of 1541. What conclusions can be drawn from comparing these figures?

Rating is an incentive for players to play better, more often, and improve their skills. In fact, it shows your level of play in the form of numbers. The permanent rating shows the player's rating for the entire period of their official games on Heroesworld, and the seasonal rating shows the player's rating for the season (for example, for the summer!). If the seasonal rating is lower than the permanent rating, it means that the player generally plays better, except for the SUMMER, for example. The conclusion is simple: if what I said in the previous sentence happened, it means that the player's level of play has decreased, or they were playing against opponents who are too strong for them.
