1. GoedenDag (649119136) has joined the organizing committee of the tournament. He has participated as an organizer in previous "Favorite" tournaments and compiled statistics. This time, he agreed to take on a large and difficult task – monitoring deadlines. Therefore, he will be checking up on you and finding out how your progress is going. All players must provide him with complete information about what has been started/postponed/not started, whether there is communication with opponents, and independently inform him of any problems. Decisions regarding technical results will be made based on his knowledge, if necessary.

2. Qualifiers and replacements. Additional registration is open.
There will definitely be withdrawals and substitutions; we are all human, and everyone may have problems.
Therefore, we are organizing a reserve list. When a vacancy appears, we will make replacements, taking into account the player's level and their Castle. Replacements will be made in order – according to the time of registration. Naturally, those who lost in the qualifying matches will be first in line:
1. Kreg Xek [Castle] (696097626) - 5th or 6th tier.
2. loser of qualifier 1 - 3rd or 4th tier.
3. Captain [Rampart] (310-362-915) - no lower than 4th tier.

3. We were asked to clarify the rules regarding computer selection on "Mininostalgia":

On Mininostalgia, blue selects computers first. There is no need to reselect when the color changes; your computers remain yours.
On Diamond, red removes an extra Castle.

Why does the medal only display 8 cities? The Tower is missing.

This is an old story from the days of L-2. Back then, we held a tournament with Dirty_Player; at that time, he had a very large number of participants – as many as 40 people. Therefore, we decided to award three winners. RAPER drew and redrew the medals several times. In the initial version, there were 9 Castles, but after a few months of creative searching, the Tower mysteriously disappeared. Yuri's exam session began, and I didn't ask him to redraw it for the fourth or fifth time. However, over all these years, the absence of the Tower has caused some concern. After all, theoretically, it can win. For example, in the "First Snow" tournament, it did win :smile04:. This year, the Tower is enjoying unprecedented popularity. What if everyone wants to play with it in the next "Favorite"?
