HW has long been in a state of suspended animation; there is no and will be no technical development here. How many years have we been begging for a chat and an automatic rating system? These are not very difficult things to implement.

And that's absolutely true. I recently trolled the creator about the rating :D. In response, I got a lecture about programmer salaries in Moscow and a hint that if I can't donate $2000 for development, I should just sit quietly and wait. "Everything possible is being done" (said sarcastically).
In general, the game will likely die out as a genre before an automatic rating system appears on HW.

For me, this is like the Mayweather-Pacquiao fight; I used to wait and hope, but now I don't care about it anymore, I don't even expect it. I just feel regret. There are no more illusions.
Those who are in the know will understand me perfectly.
