3 days before the deadline expires, set a date for finishing the game (last Saturday 18-00), unless the opponents have agreed on another time. And do this with EVERYONE and always, in all cases except finals and semi-finals. Otherwise, it seems inconsistent...

And also many people are saying things like why write reports for 111-114... I would call this losing on restarts. Someone restarted a couple or three layouts, didn't get the same deal, and finishes the game with dignity and loses, while someone else just throws it and surrenders.
