I have been using such statistics for myself for a long time, and now I decided to organize them. The goal is to see who wins the most over the course of a year.
All online and real-life tournaments are taken into account, except for the seasonal league. Team tournaments are unclear how to count — whether the entire team or only the captains.
The "weight" of a tournament is not considered; Новичок is treated on par with СНГ.
Old tournaments, more than a year old, are discarded. For example, Новичок-2012 Summer will stop being counted after 20.11.2013.
Tournaments nearing completion: JC-3 and Diamond Monster will be counted after their official conclusion.
When allocating places, wins (gold) are considered first. In case of ties in wins — second places (silver), and if those are also tied — third places (bronze). (For two tournaments, I couldn't find who took 2nd-3rd places)
