The tavern shows that there is no one there. Of the quests, the following are not completed: 1) give the boots; 2) stay alive; 3) defeat the evil...
I went there - I gave the boots. It doesn't help... One hypothesis is that Orlando came out of the Dungeon and was killed upstairs..
By the way, I have a question for the author: why is there a mage in the prison under good guard? There is no quest for him, he is level 1, and he doesn't have any outstanding (or any) artifacts...:confused:
