I can hardly imagine how you can draft a list all at once... And what happens if a player is drafted earlier by someone else?

It doesn't have to be a list.
Players in the list are arranged by rank: from strongest to weakest. If, during the next draft, that player is already taken by another captain, then Will "takes" the next player in the ranking according to his list...

We're playing on version 6.6:
