We started playing without resets. I had two Wyvern nests near the road and a Lizard nest, though it was a bit disappointing that they weren't built yet.
I quickly take the nests (losing my own Wyvern in the first one), take the 1st-level Griffin Conservatory with the loss of all Gnolls and 5 Lizards, run Tazar to the Dwarf dwelling and to the Crusaders guarding the Gloves. I use scouts to capture undefended castles: Dungeon and Inferno. I find a Cow nest, so I didn't place Hydras. These beauties are better against Phoenixes. It was frustrating that by week 1, day 1 I had only scouted one Dragon Fly Hive on the respawn, and a Wizard Guardian Object. Build order: 1-6 in the castle.
On the second week, without a delivery, I use scouts to take a Dragon Fly Hive with 8 Wyverns, losing all the Lizards from the first week, and also beat the Monks with Grand Elixir for the Boots and the Helm of +3 Magic.
Tazar, with Expert Archery and Advanced Earth Magic, hits the Guardian Object on day 1, week 2, with max speed boost + Advanced Logistics. 89 Wizards got scared of the upgraded Lizards and cast the best possible spell out of all - Air Shield :D I win with the loss of an Angel and several Monarchs out of 21, but I manage to save a couple of Serpents. On the same turn, I beat the Trolls for the Shield of +6 All, as well as the Manticore for two Boxes. The Boxes gave 12 Unicorns and 20k experience. In my excitement, I grabbed a bunch of skills and forgot to save a slot for Air... I went looking for the central town and ran into a Guardian Object of the Citadel... ugh, so much movement wasted and not a single Dragon Fly Hive found... The next day, I found the opponent with scouts and checked things out. I was impressed by the number of Wyverns, but since Edric had little mana, I ran closer to him. On his day 1, week 2, Nitro attacked.
Tazar has better stats and a +2 Speed Jacket against a +1 Speed Pendant. I was also very lucky that Edric had nothing, as it turns out during the fight, to counter the Oil and various nasty effects that the Dragon Flies and Monarchs generously shower his troops with. Only his own Oil, but Tazar has a way to remove it from at least someone. And importantly, his stack of Wyverns didn't get any Morale procs. The surrender phase begins.
I bring in upgraded Cows, mana is still decent, and I take control of the Center. I ran the wrong way again and stumbled upon a Guardian Object of the Inferno  I went back to the fork and took the correct path. A few days later, the concession follows.
Thanks for the game!
