These are quite pirate-like armadas.

I'll share some thoughts on ranking:
Captains can be ranked based on the number of points scored in the previous tournament. The rest can also be divided accordingly. In case of disputes, let the captains decide, they can vote, and the chief judge has one vote in case of a tie.
