The rule about using a Faction only once per battle round is no longer relevant. A skilled player can use the same Faction in rounds 1 and 2 of a battle if they are playing one game per round (excluding Dungeon and Necropolis). A less skilled player, who will play two games in each battle round anyway, can use the same Faction once in any round. Again, it all depends on the number of teams in the tournament. And here's another suggestion: the Factions chosen by players for each battle round should be given to the tournament judge so that he can generate the map. The idea is that opponents shouldn't know which Faction they will be playing against until the last moment. The rule "Captains submit the order of players for each round to a special judge" probably needs to be rephrased as: "Captains submit a list of players with their game number to a special judge." Then, it's unclear from the rules how player pairings will be determined for each battle round.
